You Need

  • Chicken : ½ kg
  • Oil : 250 ml
  • Chopped Garlic : 10 -12 pcs
  • Red Chilly Sauce : 2 big spoon
  • Soya Sauce : 1 big spoon
  • Beaten Egg : 1 Nos
  • Capsicum : 150gm
  • Orange Red Colour : A pinch
  • Salt : As per taste

 

Cooking Direction :

  • Step1: Marinate Chicken with Rahemani Chicken Chilly Masala, Add salt and egg .Keep aside for 2 hours.
  • Step2 : Fry the marinated chicken and take out the chicken.
  • Step3 : Take some oil add garlic, shredded capsicum, roast well, and add fried chicken.
  • Step4 : Mix soya sauce, Red chilly sauce, corn flour, and required water in a bowl.
  • Step5 : Stirring slowly pour the liquid into the chicken and cook well, Add a pinch of orange red colour.
