Mul-T-Lock Interactive Paltform - High Security with Patented Key Control
Mul-T-Locks High Security cylinders have a special telescopic pin tumbler mechanism with internal and external pins. Both the internal and the external shear lines must be aligned simultaneously in order for the plug to rotate.
The patented Mul-T-Lock plug has a special structure. When the top and bottom pins, plug and body meet, a three-dimensional shear line is formed, creating an almost perfect spherical shape. Steel inserts enhance anti-drilling resistance.These features provide an added security dimension, amplifying the Mul-T-Lock cylinders pick-and-drill resistance for High Security needs. When master keyed, additional side pins or back pins can be incorporated.
The Interactive system combines the special telescopic pin tumbler mechanism and special features of the Classic system with a spring-loaded pin in the cylinder plug produce a virtual combination only when the key is inserted in the lock.
The Interactive patented key and key blank provide increased control over key cutting to achieve an even higher level of key security. Additional keys are cut after presentation of a Mul-T-Lock key card and verification of customer identity in accordance with Mul-T-Lock key cutting procedures, which may be obtained through professional Mul-T-Lock locksmiths.Interactive technology is retro-compatible with the Mul-T-Lock Classic system, allowing existing locks to be upgraded.

Input unitThe two tried-and- tested methods ofInput, keyboard and dial knob, wereadopted from the Paxos compact .The electronic system has beencompletely overhauled to allow theparallel use of several input units. Themenu navigation is self-explanatory.
Redundant high-security lockThe size of the lock housing has beenstandardized. The attachment pointswere selected to make replacing bothmechanical and Paxos compact locksextremely easy. Despite its morecompact design, the Paxos advancelock is every bit as strong.
I/O boxThis important system componentforms the link between Paxos advanceand external systems. Configurableinputs and outputs, and an additionalserial audit log interface, round off thevariety of features provided by the I/Obox.
Programming-/Audit-Software AS 354The powerful programming and auditsoftware AS 354 allows the completePaxos advance system to beconfigured automatically. Once it hasbeen configured, all lock parameterscan be set using the same software.The AS 354 makes an impression withits consistently logical and intuitivemenu navigation. The audit software isintegrated in this package.
Audit Software AS 356The audit software provides detailed, chronological audit of the events performedat any time. It supports all theuser options standard today, such asfiltering for users and events, exportingthe data in a variety of formats, andextensive analysis functions. Thisguarantees that no attempts to open ormanipulate the system remain unnoticed.
