NRG MAKE make Magnetic Level Indicator provides clear, high clarity indication of liquid level. Typically, Magnetic Level Gauge consists of three major components: Float Chamber, Float and Indicator System. Magnetic Level Indicator is principally designed as an alternative to glass level gauges. We offer Magnetic Level Gauge having top-bottom, top and side mounted construction with two types of indicator system i.e. Capsule and Bi-colour Rollers. Magnetic level indicators are tailor made to various types of construction and sizes.

Magnetic Level Gauge operates on the principle of magnetic field coupling to provide fluid level information. Float chamber is typically constructed with non-magnetic pipe having process connections that matches to the vessel connections. Float size and weight is determined by the process fluid, pressure, temperature and the specific gravity of the process fluid. Float contains magnets to provide 360o magnetic flux field.

NRG GLOBAL INSTRUMENTS MAKE TUBULAR LEVEL INDICATOR

• The Indicator is fitted between two end blocks through gland packings. The indicator is mounted parallel to tank so as to form a close loop causing tank liquid to seek its level in the gauge.
• Guards are provided in the form of Tie-rods for 360 visibility or C- channels around the gauge to protect it from accidental blows.
• Glass removal for replacement possible w/o dismantling the gauge.
• 100% PTFE bush as packing to ensure positive leak tightness for full vacuum as well as 6 kg/cm service pressure.
• It is available in single length of 2000mm c/c distance. We can extend the length by coupling 2 or more through coupler.
• We are providing Air Vent plug at top & drain plug at bottom for taking sample.
• We can also provide inbuilt isolation valve or offset constructed isolation valve on request.
• The connection provided will be Flanged/Screwed/TC joint.

INTRODUCTION

NRG make Float & Board Level Indicators are designed for an accurate, reliable & trouble free float operated technique used in large non -pressurized storage tanks

Direct Indication

The Float & Board Level Indicators consists of a float connected to a pointer through a rope via a set of pulleys. The pointer glides over a calibrated gauge board, positioned parallel to the tank. The float accurately follows liquid level variations in vertical direction. The horizontal float movement is as such, the pointer in TOP POSITION when tank is EMPTY and in BOTTOM POSITION when FULL.
