Ocelflex manufactures metallic flexible corrugated hose. Ocelflexs stainless steel annularly corrugated hose is manufactured from relatively thin wall, butt welded into which rounded corrugations are formed. At ocelflex we manufacture these corrugated metal hose using both mechanical and hydro formed mechanisms. Ocelflex's corrugated hose is seamless, making it ideal for the conveyance of inner media. Ocelflexs annular corrugated hose are machine braided with high quality and bright annealed stainless steel wire. Ocelflexs stainless steel flexible hoses are available in both single and double wire braiding. Ocelflex's annular close pitched corrugated hose is designed so as to produce maximum flexibility for even smaller lengths. The design of these hoses are as per bs 6501 part-1 and are manufactured as per type a, b and c flexibility and iso 10380.Ocelflexs hose sizes ranges from 14 inch to 18 inch inner diameter. Pressure capability upto 288 kgcm2. Temperature capability upto 600 c.Both assembled and bare flexible hoses are manufactured within ocelflex's premises. Ocelflexs teflon hoses are available in both smooth as well as corrugated construction. In case of corrugated Teflon hoses, the inner tube is made from convoluted, extra flexible grade PTFE, with an outer stainless steel wire braid reinforcement. Ocelflexs teflon hose is constructed using seamless extruded PTFE tube, the Teflon hoses are designed to produce best quality PTFE tube possible, ensuring minimum porosity and maximum flexibility. Ocelflexs Teflon hose is Braided from AISI grade 304 stainless steel wire, and closely controlled so as to produce minimum expansion contraction under pressure so as to increase its life.
