We offer to guide the Industry/business to conduct the fire mock drill & Emergency Evacuation Drill. We are specialized in providing these services to small & medium business premises, offices, residential complexes, hotels and also schools. Basically, these activities are performed to assess the emergency preparedness; and give practice/training to employees for a better response by them in an emergency.
A typical program conducted/guided by us consists of preliminary visit to premises and planning of the drills.  On the day of drill, Fire Wardens & selected employees are given training on fire safety & briefing on conduct of drill. After the drill, demonstration of fire extinguishers is carried out.
As an add- on service, we can also examined the emergency preparedness aspects and meet deficiency by preparation of ‘fire call procedure’, defining the duties and responsibilities of staff, designating the safe exit routes, suggesting signage’s, indicating location & type of fire extinguishers etc. As per the requirements placed on us, our experts will study and give advice on all such aspects.

Material Handling in Industry includes both manual and mechanical handling of materials. We provide ‘In-Plant’ training for supervisors and operators on Safety in Material Handling. The training module can be customized to cover the specific handling equipments. Maintenance concerns of equipment and statutory requirements of testing of cranes and tackles are also covered in the training.

The subjects of training are: -safety in manual lifting  safety in slinging & rigging, safety in handling by EOT, mobile crane safety, safety in operation of hydra, tower crane safety, safety in lifts and hoists, examination and testing of lifting appliances and tackles, risk assessment & lift plan, safe communication in crane operation, safety in forklift and stacker operation etc.

In any Industry a group of persons are engaged in office work. In a business and commercial establishment all the persons are engaged in the office work. These persons are exposed to certain hazards. Identification of these hazards and train them to mitigate risks is essential.
We have training modules to meet these requirements. The contents of the training are further customised to meet specific industry/business or clients requirements. The trainings are conducted ‘in-plant or in business premises.
The subjects generally covered are: -Importance of safety, General office safety, Fire basics & fire prevention, Classes of fire & fire extinguishers, Emergency Response, Fire call procedure, First aid basic principle, Housekeeping basics  and  Electrical safety in office ( Depending on duration of training & clients requirements, the subjects from above list are selected)

Mechanical safety is a general term and covers machine and equipment safety. We provide training in safety related to machine tools; pressure vessels, pressure cylinders, boilers etc. The safety aspects and legal requirements are covered.

The subjects of training are:Testing & examination of pressure vessels, testing & examination of gas cylinders, boiler safety, machine guarding, safety in various machines ( Grinders, Lathes, Milling machine, CNC machines, Robotic machines) etc.

Small Industries Safety Training This training is imparted at client’s premises. The training caters to small and medium industry, engaged in manufacturing or providing services. It also caters to the establishments engaged in providing logistic services. The trainees could be a mix of supervisors, operators & key persons.
The subjects (depending on duration of training), can be selected from following list: - Hazards, risk & accident causes, fire basics, fire prevention, classes of fire & fire extinguishers, safety in material handling, ladder safety, forklift safety, storage safety, first aid, housekeeping & 5 ‘S’, PPE’s, electrical safety etc.

We provide specialized training in ergonomics for office staff as well as for Industrial employees. Ergonomics is very important for the office staff who are working on the computers. We provide information on proper posture and ergonomically compliant office workstation. Training for industrial employees includes information on manual material handling technique. The training also includes information on ergonomically compliant industrial work station.

Employees in an Industry need training according to the process and activities being carried out in the Industry. ‘In- plant’ training service to various types of Industries is being provided by us.
