The weigh feeder allows ensuring continuous bulk product dosing in modern industrial processes. This Gravimetric Weigh feeder design ensures the joint extraction and weighing of any gravity flowing product through a feeding hopper provided. The weigh feeder has been specially designed for use in the cement, steel, fertilizer production, minerals, power plant, agricultural industry and other activity sectors using dosing systems. This Gravimetric Weigh Feeder is operated by closed loop control system enabling feeding at a controlled rate and maintains precise control over rate of flow based on micro controller settings. The system is capable of accepting signals from other controllers and plant process computers. Each system is equipped with control & local panels, Load cell to measure belt load and belt speed measuring device and feeder is driven by an AC or DC motor coupled through gearbox as per requirement
LIW feeder is a system to extract the granulated or powdered solids at constant rate from feed hopper; weight measured decrease in hopper content actuates further opening of the discharge chute to compensate for flow loss. The proposed system includes weigh hopper, Loadcells, screw conveyor with motor and microprocessor based control unit. This system is mostly used in chemical, fertilizer and plastics industries.
Apron weigh feeder is specially designed for transportation of highly abrasive or high temperature products, ready to use in the harshed conditions such as cement factories, cement, steel, mining etc. The chassis is totally made of carbon steel. Transmission elements are made up exchangeable parts on a trunk chains. We can use this feeder in horizontal material conveying for short distance with accurate flow rate. This is supplied with Pin gates, Spillage Conveyor, Vibrating Hopper, microprocessor based Electronic control panel, Loadcells & Speed Sensor.
Vibratory Feeders are ideally suited for controlling the flow of bulk material. Vibrations produced are smooth, uniform, volumetric flow that is fully controlled from coarse to fine. Vibratory feeders are used to control product flow in bulk handling operation such as packaging, batching, mixing, drying, weighing, sprinkling and spreading. We provide Electromagnetic type and Unbalanced Motor vibratory feeders. For vibration control we use Electronic Vibrator card with coarse & fine potentiometer.
