Die plate is made of imported D2/HSS/Carbide metal to get the maximum production easy to change the inserts to reduce the cost of repairing, while stripper plate and punch plate are made of EN31 metal. WIRECUT for the same is done on imported machines in 3-4 pass. Our Surgical Blade Dies are easy to grind/sharpen and are easy to assemble, with the continuous production procedure.
