These filters are consist of a vessel which is divided into two compartments by means of a perforated plate. This plate is made up of suitable filter cloth or porous tiles.
The Nutsche Filters are the filters with conical bottom that are used for the filtration of solutions, slurry and other such materials. Attached with filter bags and cloths, the filters can also withstand vacuum conditions.
