MANUFACTURING UNIT
We have set up state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, which is spread across approximately 6500sq. feet of land allocated by the MIDC. This unit divided into a number of departments that are of use for various purposes and activities. These departments include R&D department, quality control, product design unit, among others. All our units follow strict and well set manufacturing as well as safety standards in the production process. This sophisticated unit is also designed with appropriate doors with advanced locking facility and systems as well as adequate light points.
INFRASTRUCTURE
We have a 6500 Sq.ft of Factory building with power supply of 85 H.P. which accommodates following Machines.
• 3 high pressure polyurethane foaming machines.
• 6mtr and 3mtr hydraulic press.
• 4 portable foam dispensing machines for site jobs.
• 4 Air Compressors
• Chillier Machine for PUF Chemicals.
• Various size of moulds for Pipe section, Slab, Pipe Supports.
• PUF cutting machines.
