We Manufacture PP/HDPE Woven Fabrics Which Provide Durable, Reliable and Cost Efficient Packaging Options to convert them to Sacks or Bags at customers end or to use them as cover for textile packing, upholstery and carpet packing. This fabrics can be supplied in any colour and are made as per the specific requirement of the customer. PP Woven Circular Fabrics are available in rolls of various sizes and other specifications as per the customers requirements.

There are two types of woven Fabrics:
  • Circular Fabric.
  • Flat Fabric.
Circular Fabric:

PP Circular light and heavy weight fabric which are mainly used for the manufacturing of PP (Polypropylene) Small Bags by providing 100% customized PP fabric including size, GSM, color, Constructions and all the parameters as per required specifications. In addition to the PP Woven Sack, the circular fabric is widely used for the making of the Bale wrap, box bags, PP Courier bags, PP perforated bags. One of the other top use of our PP circular/tubular fabric is for manufacturing of accessories fabric used in making the FIBC bags such as the duffle tops/bottom and the skirts and the bottom and top flaps.

  • GSM : 40 GSM to 300 GSM.
  • PP Fabric : Coated or Uncoated fabric.
  • Size: 30 cm to 150 cm (Tubular Fabric).
  • Construction: As per the customers requirement.
  • Gusseting: Gusseting on each side possible as per the requirement.
  • Size, Color & Type: As per the customers requirement & purely customized.
  • Lamination: Yes if required (maximum width of 3 meters).
  • Mesh: 7 x 7 to 14 x 14 or as the customers per requirement.
  • UV stabilization : Yes As per the customers requirement.
  • Packing: Rolls up to 5000 meters or as per customer requirement.
Flat Fabric:

PP Flat light and heavy weight fabric which are mainly used for the manufacturing of FIBC (Flexible intermediate bulk container) /Jumbo Bags / Bulk Bags & Tarpaulin by providing 100% customized PP fabric including size, GSM, color, Constructions and all the parameters as per required specifications. In addition to the FIBCs/Bulk bags, the Flat PP fabric is widely used for the making of the PP Ground covers & PP sheets used for Agriculture and horticulture covering. PP Flat fabric is also used as the PP Covers for the garden and furniture, kitchen tops and many more. One of the other top uses of our PP Flat fabric is for manufacturing of accessories fabric used in making the FIBC bags such as the duffle tops/bottom, top skirts & Baffle for the FIBC Q bags.
