Sandalwood is one of the finest and high value species of Santalum family found in south-western Australia. A vast land covering 160 million hectares of native Sandalwood species known as Santalum Spicatum making it the largest natural Sandalwood resource in the world.

Sandalwood is considered to be of the padma (lotus) group and attributed to Amitabha Buddha. Sandalwood scent is believed to transform one's desires and maintain a person's alertness while in meditation. It is also one of the more popular scents used when offering incense to one's self. Sandalwood have been the only and most famous wood used in for carving of idols in Buddhist temples.

Shea Butter is fatty oil which is used in creams, lotions and massage oil. Shea Butter, an ivory colored fat is made from the nuts of African Shea trees. Shea trees are found in the West African countries such as Ghana, Nigeria and Mali. Shea butter is derived from the stearic acid and oleic acid. Shea butter oil is produced by reducing the amount of stearic acid in Shea butter. It consists of phytosterols which stimulates the cell growth and also contains natural sun-protectants. Shea butter has amazing skin- softening properties. It is useful for curing dry skin and sunburn as it has excellent moisture retaining properties. It is used in shaving creams for a smooth silky shaving experience. It is used in the making of cooking oil in the African countries.

Agarwood oil is obtained from Aquilaria and Gyrinops trees are mostly found in evergreen forests of Southeast Asia and India. This oil is produced when the wood of tree gets infected by a type of mould, prior to the infection the heartwood is relatively light and pale in color, however when the infection progresses the tree produces a dark color aromatic Resin in response to the attack and this Resin embedded is called as Agarwood Oil or Oudh Oil. As the wood is also known as Oud, Oodh or Agar.

Amyris oil which is often referred as West Indian Sandalwood is steam distilled from the wood of tropical Candlewood or Amyris tree. It sometimes acts as a substitute of Sandalwood Oil due to its economical price. Strength and aroma of Amyris oil is very unique and therefore it acts as a natural fixative. Mostly Amyris oil is used as a blend with other essential oil. Blending is done in the ratio of 1:10 and hence boosts the therapeutic properties as well as scent. It acts as an antiseptic and cures many illnesses due to its aromatherapy properties.
