We regularly manufacture assembly positioners used in Engine assembly and  Transmission assembly lines.  These positioners allow the assembly technicians to access all sides of the engine or transmission unit. This happens by means of providing multi directional rotation to engine block by holding on  one face of it.  OMTT designs and manufactures assembly positioners of any capacity ranging from 0.5t to 50t job. We specialize in Engine assembly , excavator assembly, Roller assembly, flywheel assembly and dumper truck body assembly.

OMTT designs and manufactures various special purpose machines like, stappling machine, Valve leak testing machine, battery lead circular TIG welding for batteries, automatic marking machine on vehicle chassis, gear ODs and on pinions. Seat best reliability testing etc., We also make 100ton press, engine/gear box loading and unloading kits for commercial vehicles.

We at OMTT design, manufacture and supply, circular welding Spring Can welding machines suitable for Valve actuators like spring cans. Our specialized product supplied to two major MNCs. Also our product cross beam welding machine is widely accepted in market for its multifuncions like profile welding and  profile gas cutting. Suitable circular welding solution can be given at OMTT for typical welding requirements.

Tack welds are used as a temporary    means to hold the components in the proper location,  alignment, and distance apart, until final welding can be completed.  The geometrical accuracies and clamping methods means a lot in order to get properly tack welded components.  Our tack welded fixtures support the above purpose with ease and fixtures are quite  operator friendly too.  Assured proper alignment and controlling the contrasts  movement and distrortion during welding. Also maintains the joint gap.

Full welding positioners or manipulators allow the operator to have maximum weld accessibility for a tack welded component.  Orbit designed  positioners support maximum operator comfort with proper electrical controls.  Safety is at most important while operating loaded positioners. Safety curtains support operator safety as well as functioning of positioner.  In most of our full welding positioners , job comes to operator than operator going to welding spots. Properly balanced job rotation axis is prime concern in all our full welding positioners. Optimum Load capacity, height of  rotational axis from ground, required rpms , power ratings and required torque are all specifications most suitable for a full welding positioner. As extension of our activities, we support our customer by designing inspection fixtures for machined components . Take up manufacturing and prove out also. Continuously supporting our customer overseas for this requirements.Inspection of assembly like, seat belts and cartridges are also our interesting activities. Have supplied number of seat belt assembly test rigs with POKA-YOKE.
