Aluminium industries are growing rapidly in the country and a pioneer in meeting the needs of aluminium industries since decades ORIEN has experience and expertise to do Bus Bar fabrication, erection and complete manufacture and supply of Pot Shells, Anode Jack Assembly, Anode Casing, Agitator Assembly etc. Orien does site jobs for repair and maintenance of Anode Stem, Clad Welding, Pin Repair etc. Orien has done the first aluminium bus bar work with aluminium Piscney technology of 240 pots in 1980, and since then and also earlier is working for aluminium industry; the only integrated engineering centre providing aluminium bus bars, cladding, equipments, technical and building structure, machining of all types, refractories and maintenance and erection. Refractories are being supplied since 1964.

Capacity: Capacity up to 500 TPH and length upto 60 Meter for all materials including fine dust, big lumps, abrasive and hot materials. It can carry materials downward, horizontally and upward as well upto 10 inclination. The conveyors can carry four different materials in the same conveyor and also can carry out screening while conveying. It can carry materials up to 1200C and also under pressure, vacuum or freezing conditions.

Orien under technical knowhow from Ewidekind & Co. manufactured number of Gas Producers which are in excellent condition. Over the period Orien has made lot of modification on this gas producers with its own skill, experience and technology for smooth operation. Pipe lines are not choked with Orien design, so also fine dust can be gasified.

It is a Fluidised Bed type for efficient dryingcooling of various materials. It can bring down moisture level from 15 to 0. Materials can be also heated very efficiently by this method. Fluidised bed drying is the most efficient way. It is useful for alumina, coal and all materials.

Orien has made a 1600 H.P. driven Impact Crusher to produce 1200 TPH of limestone for cement plant, made fully in Oriens workshop. Orien is also made Vibrating Tube Mill, Ball Mill etc. on its own design.

Capacity upto 1000 TPH with special applications in Foundry for removal of sand, cooling and handling of hot castings.

It is excellent for Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Plastics and similar use. A lot of production and Material Handling can be done in a short space. Also is an excellent equipment for stores, departmental stores, where in a very compact space storing and marketing has to be done.It is an Electro-mechanical Vibrating table for compacting table surfaces of 150 mm X 250 mm to 3000 mm x 4500 mm
