With a proud legacy that dates back to 1965, the company has grown under the visionary leadership of Mr. Anupam Ray (Managing Director)—a man of commitment and a pioneer in engineering excellence since 1970.

Today, the company is led by his son, Mr. Ashutosh Ray, who serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of both Orissa Engineers Pvt. Ltd. and Usha Engineering. Ashutosh holds a strong academic foundation in finance, having completed his MBA in Finance from IBS Mumbai, preceded by a Bachelor’s in Commerce (Hons.) from Sambalpur University. His educational journey began at Saint Paul’s School, Rourkela.

Ltd. expanded its footprint with the establishment of Usha Engineering, a sister concern with state-of-the-art facilities dedicated to heavy steel fabrication and precision machining.
