Oxygen Generators (P.S.A Type) - We manufacture and supply superior quality oxygen generators for varied requirements of our clients. Designed in compliance with strict industry standards, our oxygen generators are known for their easy operation, handling, least maintenance cost and durability. Based on microprocessor controlled technology, these generators have found wide applications in areas like drinking water treatment, medical area, environment air treatment and many more.  

 

How Oxygen is Produced - Separation of Oxygen from air is effected by P.S.A (Pressure Swing Adsorption) process where adsorption of Nitrogen is carried out by using synthetic zeolite, known as molecular sieves. Oxygen generator consists of two adsorption vessels, filled with molecular sieves. These vessels are alternately charged with compressed air where, Nitrogen and other impurities are adsorbed and oxygen flows into an oxygen surge tank. After the adsorption cycle, one vessel is depressurized to atmospheric pressure, thereby discharging the adsorbed nitrogen and sieve bed is regenerated by counter current oxygen flow from the buffer tank.  

 

Electric Power Required - 3 Phase electrical supply is needed. Power Control Switch Gear Panel is a part of the Plant. Actual Power consumption is 1-1.5 KWH per cubic meter of Oxygen produced.

 

Compressed Air - Air will be supplied by an oil free air compressor or can be drawn from an existing compressed air supply of client at 4-6 bars. Air passes through a set of filters prior to entering in PSA unit.  

 

Oxygen Concentration - Our Standard generators produce Oxygen gas of 93 % ± 2% concentration which is sufficient for all important medical and industrial applications. Moisture and CO2 present in air also absorbed and rejected. The Oxygen flow is, therefore, very dry and contains only Argon and small percentages of Nitrogen.  

 

Oxygen Pressure - Adjustable 0-3.5 kg / cm². For higher pressure, an additional Oxygen compressor can be provided  

 

Operation Cost - Running costs of Oxygen generators are substantially lower than buying Oxygen from the market. The only major operating cost is electric power for the compressed air. The production of 1 Nm³ oxygen requires an average 1-1.5 KWH. (Lesser for large installations).  

 

Installation - Standard models are delivered completely assembled and ready to plug in. Special requirements can be complied with a specific requirement  

 

Process Control - The Process of Oxygen production is fully automatic and takes 15 to 30 minutes to completely stabilize & reach the required purity level. Thus oxygen can be produced as and when required.  

 

Medical Oxygen Systems - Our Oxygen generators are most suitable for medical application in providing uninterrupted supply of oxygen round the clock. As per US pharmacopeia 93% ± 2% purity oxygen is suitable for Hospital Applications. Fully automatic Hospital Oxygen system can be supplied with reserve oxygen supplies.

Nitrogen Generators (P.S.A. Based)We design and manufacture a superior range of nitrogen generators with proprietary techniques that provide high efficiency of gas separation. These generators provide a high degree of control of nitrogen gas supply at minimal levels of maintenance. We have the capability to design and develop nitrogen generators as per the requirements of our customers.

How it works?The nitrogen generator produces nitrogen gas from atmospheric air using molecular sieves separation technique. It uses a carbon molecular sieve which has ability to preferentially remove oxygen from air. Our proprietary technique gets higher efficiency of gas separation.
Nitrogen generator consists of two beds filled with carbon molecular sieves. When compressed air is passed, Nitrogen comes out as product gas from one bed while other bed is simultaneously regenerated by depressurization to atmospheric pressure. This process of gas separation is called "Pressure Swing Adsorption" (PSA).

Nitrogen PurityFrom nitrogen generator gas of purities from 99% to 99.9999% can be produced. simple psa unit produces raw nitrogen of 99% purity. By adding purification unit to PSA unit, high purity nitrogen can be produced.

Nitrogen Capacity :Nitrogen Generators are tailor-made equipment and are manufactured as per customer's requirements. However, standard units are available in the capacity of 1, 2, 5, 10, 25, 50, 75, 100, 150, 200, 300 NM3/hr. The Gas Generators can be manufactured in any desired capacity.Nitrogen PressureStandard Nitrogen Generator produces nitrogen at 5.5 kg/cm2g pressure. This pressure comes automatically as feed air pressure to the PSA unit is around 7 kg/cm2g. However, by increasing feed air pressure to 10kg/cm2g, Nitrogen can be produced even at 8.5 kg/cm2g. But, at high pressure operation, depressurisation losses during regeneration are high, which results in high operation cost.
It is most economical to run nitrogen generators at 7 kg/cm2g pressure and produce nitrogen at 5.5 kg/cm2g pressure. If nitrogen is needed at higher pressure, we can provide a nitrogen booster compressor after the gas generator. By this addition, it is possible to compress nitrogen gas to any high pressure.
