Up to 1000 packs / min depending upon the product and its packaging material. PLC based servo driven machines gives upto 1500 packs/min

1 HP motor with 1500 watts heater and Vibrator. Machine can be connected to single phase or 3 phase power supply.

WRAP PILLOW PACK MACHINE

WRAP PILLOW PACK MACHINE

Based on years of experience in flow pack wrapping style, this cut and wrap Machine, packing the cut product in pillow pack style has been developed.

The machine can Feed/Gauge and cut the rope of either Toffee or Bubble Gum and pack in pillow pack style. It can be attached to either an Extruder with Colling Tunnel or a batch roller with rope Size.

SALIENT FEATURES

  • The product is packed in hermetically seal pouch, retaining its orignal flavors and consistency.
  • The machine has flexibility in changing sizes; only one change part is needed to alter the product length, no change parts in packing material side.
  • The machine can give 250 to 300 packs/min
  • PLC based servo into driven machines produces 700 to 750 packs/min
