Hot Melt Adhesive

PCP - Hot Melt Adhesive is heat applied 100% solids. Thermo plastic in nature. It is melted and may be mixed with xylene to reduce the viscosity that should be easy to apply. Applications It is melted and when mixed with thinner (solvent) xylene to a desired viscosity which can be applied easily in the inner side of the Heat Shrink components (i.e. Rainsheds, Breakouts, Heat Shrink tubings, Cable End cap).

Applications :

It is tacky in nature and develops a film in the inner side of the Heat Shrink components forms a solvent less film which gets cooled down and is having a very good adhesion with the inner side of Heat Shrink Components.
At the time of installation of joints when the Heat Shrink components are shrink over the cable. It acts as sealer (Bonds) heat shrink components and cable on which the joint is made and totally protects the joint from ingress of moisture and save the joint from environment adverse effects.
