Process Using a dough mixer, the wheat flour dough is prepared and conveyed continuously to the extruder. The dough shaft coming out of extruder is sensed by length and uniform sized balls are cut that move on the food grade PU endless belt conveyors through the rollers to get circular shaped chapattis. These circular chapattis now enter the baking chamber where it is baked on both sides and then puffed finally. The Chapattis produced aresoft & tasty. The product can be served hot.

Adjustable thickness, weight, size and browning on each side of the Chapatti.

All the machines follow our traditional chapattimaking process ball (peda) making-rolling -baking on both sides & puffing).

Uses L.P.G. for heating

All parts coming in contact with dough and chapatti are made of Food grade Stainless Steel.
