We have handled very high volume requirements in short delivery time for the Ministry of Education in various French & English speaking African countries.
Any page count is possible. This book is manufactured on our 2 Automatic Reel to Book production lines with center pin bind, manufacturing operations untouched by hand reel to shrink pack, except for carton packing giving you consistent high quality, even color inking, square back, pinning perfectly on the spine center. Paper Options we offer you many depending on your target price and volume required right from 46 gsm to 80 gsm paper, Recycle Grade to Very High Bright 93% plus bright white virgin pulp paper. Cover Normally 650 700 gsm Hard Cover pasted back to back.
Any page count is possible 72, 100, 144, 200, 300, centre stitch bind, with fabric tape on spine / full bound cover.
We offer you a wide range of cover design options, colour marble, picture designs, various themes are possible from our library of designs football, sports, scenery, motor sports, . . . . . . .
Your cover designs, logo, branding can be customized. Map of your Country, Country Flag, National Anthem, Mathematical Table, all possibilities as required by you are possible at no extra cost.
We also handle dispenser packaging as per your carton design to place directly on shelf from container.
