Economical and Technically a superior replacement of Hessian Cloth, HDPE Rolls and non woven fabric roll. Recently developed in particular for the Steel Industry for packing and protection against sharp edges of steel

HDPE laminated rolls or HDPE fabric rolls are made by slitting jumbo rolls to make smaller cut rolls. We also provide HDPE Printed Cut Rolls as per customer's design or logo. Available in different mesh, different colour, single side lamination or both side lamination or without lamination. Width : 2 Inches to 12 Feet Length : Available in roll form, from 38 yards to required length upto 5000m. For Machine or Manual Packing.

• Application & Additional Features

• HDPE fabric rolls are used for wrapping of textile fabrics. All types of rubber tyres, steels coils, galvanized pipes etc. The HDPE laminated rolls are generally packed in roll form and can be run on automatic cutting machines.

• We manufacture Pure Virgin Unlaminated HDPE on our plant in following different specifications :

  Denier, Mesh, Colour, Size, Strength, Weight

• We are the only manufacturer in India to develop a technology to manufacture Unlaminated HDPE Rolls for manual and machine wrapping using special machines imported from Korea. This in addition to High Definition Printing on the Unlaminated HDPE makes us one of the top most supplier of this product.

• Application & Additional Features
• Unlaminated HDPE Rolls are being used by majority of the Steel and Wire industry to wrap the coils and wires. The Rolls and Fabric are available in Cut Roll form - 2", 4", 6"8" upto Jumbo Rolls of 72". Unlaminated woven Fabric is being used by the book and corrugated box industry for wrapping their products.
