Single Core
Flexible Welding Cable is suitable for use, where conductor temperature does not exceed 600 degree C for TRS and 900C for HOFR rubber covering. Our Single Core Flexible Welding Cable All is manufactured by molding process. By this process, the Single Core Flexible Welding Cable is more compact, resulting in long life. Our Single Core Flexible Welding Cable is available in copper and aluminium and in TRS and HOFR insulations. Single Core Flexible Welding Cable, offered by us, is available in 16mm2 to 12mm2 conductor area.

Details of Flexible Welding Cable - Duty Cycle : Current Rating have to be related to the period of the operating cycle, Define as the percentage time per 5 minutes period that the cable is operated the classification of duty cycle adopted is as under.
- Automatic---------------------------------------------------Up to 100 %
- Semiautomatic -------------------------------------------30% to 85%
- Manual-------------------------------------------------------30% to 60%
- Intermitted--------------------------------------------------upto 30% Occasional
- High operating Temperature makes the cable too hot to handle and reduce the expected service life. Under severe conditions if a long service is not expected because of the possibility of mechanical damage, or where a high surface Temperature can be tolerated, the current rating for 30 C ambient may be use up to 45C
- Voltage Drop : When total cables lengths in excess of 15 meter are, involved, it may be necessary to use cables of large cross-section to ensure that voltage drop is not excessive and welding currents are maintained at adequate levels. The DC voltage drop at normal and elevated temperatures is given below for guidance
