Our max clean range of Mechanical Fine Bar Screens is an effective solution for the primary unit screening requirements. These Mechanical Fine Bar Screens are made from SS 316 & SS 304 materials, and are fitted with specially laser cut screen bars. They are operated by a power efficient 1 HP hydraulic power pack, and consist of single cylinder drive and two cylinder weight management system for smooth operations. The operation of these Mechanical Fine Bar Screens is controlled by control panel with timer as well as ultrasonic level sensing option which are in line with prevalent standards. Mechanical Fine Bar Screen operates using two sets of fixed and moving bars which rotate cyclically discharging screened debris from one step to the next,
Our range of Mechanical Coarse Screens is the perfect solutions for the coarse screening requirement at raw sewage pumping stations where the lifting height is more. These Mechanical Coarse Screens are driven by CGL make geared motors which function on unique chain and sprocket mechanism. These Mechanical Coarse Screens lift the debris from a depth of usually 5 -12 meters to the discharge chute. Our Mechanical Coarse Screens are controlled by Proximity switch based control panel for energy efficient functioning.
