Carbon steel cut wire shots are widely used in foundry, forging and automotive industries for cleaning, deburring, descaling, shot peening and surface improvement. Carbon steel cut wire shots are available in three different hardness: 45-50 HRC, 50-55 HRC and 55-60 HRC with size ranging from 0.40mm to 2.50mm. Our cut wire shots conform to SAE J441, AMS 2431 and VDFI 8001.

Low carbon steel shot features increased impact absorbing capacity as the impact energy is distributed evenly on the shots.
Structural properties of low carbon steel shot reaches increased hardness and thus offers better cleaning performance during usage.
Since the production process does not require secondary heat treatment, perfect shots of bainitic structure are produced without cracks also resistant to impact and wear.
We see a growing demand for better quality shots. Awareness in respect to quality, consumption, timing and surface finishing is growing with end users. We, therefore import the best quality shots from SINTO. End users data suggests a minimum of 40% reduction in consumption compared to other make shots. Major improvements are observed in surface finish. Imported shots conform to SAE J444, SAE J827, SAE J1993, ISO 11124-3, DIN 8201-2 and DIN 8201-3.
nWe are the authorized importer and distributors of SINTO make steel shots in India. We stock all sizes and grades of Steel Shots. Usually, hardness in steel shots is in the range of 40-50 HRC, however higher hardness steel shots are also available on order.
