As a Turnkey Transmission Line specialists , we are capable of developing and drafting tower drawings, site surveys and right-of-way studies, fabricating and hot-dip galvanizing towers, constructing tower foundations, erecting lattice structures and stringing conductors. Our crews are well trained and highly productive. We have a complete set of erection and stringing tools required to complete a single circuit or double circuit line. This division is managed by capable and experienced engineers, who have been in the business of commissioning. The division takes pride in quality, on time, and safe construction. All employees are trained in safety procedures, and given regular instructions in current erection procedures and practices.
The Guard Rail (W - Beam) used in India and abroad in different shapes and profiles, but in India the W-Beam shape Guard Rail is used only. Therefore PEPL is specially geared-up to make Highway Guard Rail with W-Shape profile and Box Beam profile according to International specification standard. As PEPL we take complete turnkey projects for supply installation and fixing of Highway Guardrail.
PEPL is in the process of developing Electrical Transmission Poles. These Poles can be a replacement to the bulky Transmission Towers. They would also help in substantially reducing the Civil & Structure cost thus incurred as per the present practice of using Lattice structure.
Paruthi Engineers have been manufacturing high endurance steel poles to the entire satisfaction of the customer production range covers both Galvanised & Painted poles manufactured in accordance with IS:2713 or any other International Specification required by the customer. Poles are vigorously tested, Physically, Chemically & Metallurgically . We design and manufacture swaged poles and specialty steel structures. These include all standard types of highway and street lighting poles as well asthe standard types of traffic signal poles. Swaged poles are made of seamless or welded tubes of suitable lengths swaged and joined together.
