Our Products
Our Complete range of products are Sodium CMC for Oil Well Drilling Industry, Sodium CMC for Ceramics Industry, Sodium Carboxy Methyl Cellulose, Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium and Croscarmellose Sodium.
CMC when used in drilling liquid, fixing liquid and fracturing liquid, CMC plays a role of resisting water loss and increasing adhesion so as to protecting the wall of oil well, prevent slurry erosion, take away drill crumbs, protect aiguilles and increase drilling speeds.
Precautions
CMC FOR OTHER INDUSTRIES
CMC is used for binding tobacco flakes in tobacco industry.
It is also used as thickener and dispersant in battery.
When used in mosquito repellent incense, it plays a role of strengthening tenacity, molding and providing good compatibleness.
It is used in pharmaceutical industry in Syrup & Dry Suspension as thinker and suspension agent.
Used in pencil leads as a binding agent and moulding performance improvement agent.
It is also used in electric welding rods to improve molding performance.
Used in pesticide and insecticides as thickener, binder and suspension agent.
CMC is used as a coagulant, water-retaining agent, thickner and stabilizer for ceramic. CMC is used in Ceramic embryo, glazing pulp, coloured glaze separately in ceramic production.
Although Sodium CMC is more resistant to microbiological attack than other water-soluble, its solution is not immune. When solution is stored, a preservative should be added to prevent viscosity degradation.
CARBOXYMETHYL CELLULOSE SODIUM is a Cellulose Gum (Cellulose Ether), commercially known as CMC or CMC Sodium or Sodium CMC. CARBOXYMETHYL CELLULOSE is an anionic water-soluble polymer available in number of grades and viscosity types with wide application. SODIUM CARBOXYMETHYL CELLULOSE is odourless, tasteless, non-toxic powder. It is highly soluble in both hot & cold water but dissolves faster in hot water than cold water. The solution of CARBOXY METHYL CELLULOSE has better resistant for microbiological attack than many natural products.
