T he UV System consist of U V lamp controller heat radiation controller and necessary control and safety in terlocks.this system cares printed containers on mandrill before ejection.

Conveyor Drive :- 0.37kw worm geared motor variable speed drive. 5. U.V Curing System :- 3.25kw 6. Total Electrical Load :- 8.49   Model-Y6C-14 Is design to decorate injection moulded round, straight and conical containers. The process is of Dry Offset, in which each independent inking unit transfer the inks through the associated rollers, to the printing nyloplates (known as stereo) and stereo in turns the impression to the master blanket and the blanket transfer the impression on the containers. The containers are station at the printing blanket by an Indexing System. The machine is equipped with the following attachments:- 1. Auto loading unit (optional) or loading manually. 2. Flame Treatment unit 3. Indexing unit 4. Print unit 5. Orientation unit 6. unloading on U.V curing on conveyor.

O ne main panel consist of all types of switch gears , U V system, Ac Drives, machine controllers and PLC and various types of protection devices like fuse, isolation transformers AC Drive Transformers, etc. One variable speed and different HP (KW) AC Drive is installed to Control variable speed for AC Motor. One operator level control pendant for easy and immediate access to normal operating controls as well as “ All stope” in case of emergency .the pendant also displays machine function status for operator reference and jog switch for operator point of view.

Machine for cups — Features (6 colors)     The Machine is equipped with the following attachment: 1. Auto Loading Unit. 2. Indexing Unit. 3. Print Unit. 4. UV Curing System. 5. Unloading & Stacking Unit. One Stack Loader: This device delivers stacks of containers on demand to the auto loader for feeding into the universal auto loader. One high performance universal auto loader for high speed operation, container feeding for all common rib size with in the machine range is possible by a single device. A synchronized drive system ensures flow-less container loading to match operational speed. The dry offset printing machine is provided with individual hinged (swing type) colour heads which can open and close very easily by a single lever. All the eight mandrills spins at the flame treatment station and at UV Curing station, all the mandrills are easily adjustable. There are Helical Anti Backlash Gears mounted parallel on the printing cylinder shaft for perfection of printing registration. There is a special attachment (a device) for micrometer adjustment for Axial, Peripheral and Pressure adjustment on each printing cylinder from outside, which assures and may not spoil printing effect. All the colour heads are design with oscillating rollers and form rollers, which are easily and quickly adjustable for parallelism with associated rollers. There are individual inking fountains for better flow of inks, giving a constant consistency of ink flow to the reciprocation rollers to nyloplates. A special ink agitation is provided in ink fountain. There are fine grinded SS Nyloplates cylinder (Printing Cylinder) synchronized with one master drum (blanket drum) all the printing cylinders having the capacity to cover the full printing length (circumference). You can stack 50ml and 100ml cups after curing. Easy and quick adjustable system for UV Box, for adjusting the distance between the cups and UV Lamps.  

Subsequently in year 1993 we have started manufacturing Dry Offset Printing Machines for round , straight and conical for Disposable and injection moulded containers. In year 1993 only, within few months we have also upgraded same machine to fully automatic. Presently our Dry Offset printing machine range include models with 4 Color printing , 6 color printing and special customized higher range machines. We have export our machine in iran , Russia , South Africa and Austria .
