There are fine grinded SS Nyloplates cylinder (Printing Cylinder) synchronized with one master drum (blanket drum) all the printing cylinders having the capacity to cover the full printing length (circumference). You can stack 50ml and 100ml cups after curing. Easy and quick adjustable system for UV Box, for adjusting the distance between the cups and UV Lamps.  

O ne main panel consist of all types of switch gears , U V system, Ac Drives, machine controllers and PLC and various types of protection devices like fuse, isolation transformers AC Drive Transformers, etc. One variable speed and different HP (KW) AC Drive is installed to Control variable speed for AC Motor. One operator level control pendant for easy and immediate access to normal operating controls as well as “ All stope” in case of emergency .the pendant also displays machine function status for operator reference and jog switch for operator point of view.
