Soap Making has become an upcoming industry, previously glycerine soaps were made through Cold Process, which was made by saponifying lye and oil whose resulting chemical reaction was soap, handling lye makes it a tricky process; where as now we offer melt and pour soap bases in which sapnofication is already done and there is no waiting and process involves just heating the base, adding the essense and color and pouring into the soap molds. This industry has also given push to self employment.
Paul and Company is representing product for Naulakha Engineering Works, whose owner is one of the partners in the famous Naulakha Sabun; they are a cosmetic research development and manufacturing company established in the year 2000. Manufacturing Process Please follow this process: Just melt on water bath Add colour fragrance and any other additive while stirring slowly. These should NOTbe more than 3-5%. Pour the melted mass into the molds. Easily melts at 65degree C. Our Soap Base does not form any froth or wastage aftermelting like other soap. In Dry Season we suggest adding some water during the manufacturing process sinceour Soap Base is high in Glycerin Content which is hydrophilic. During rainy seasonstop addition of water. R45-both transparent and opaque/Marble variants- easily accept pigments, micasand FD&C colours. In case you want to add oils like coconut oil/ castor oil thenplease start with small amount like 1% in small batch.

Paul and Company is please to offer Superior & Export Quality Soap Base Normal Transparent Paraben Free grade G-13 manufactured by Naulakha Engineering Works, which is a Surfactant Based Transparent Melt and Pour Soap is a blend of Oil based natural & synthetic active matter in the form of solid flakes/bars. It is available in Transparent and Opaque/Marble variants.
It is made up of soap of fatty acids, synthetic active agents along with solvents. All the ingredients used are free from any harmful complies with IS :13498-2017 standard.
Available in Pack size of 10 kg and transport packing of 30Kg. We also offer a retail pack of 2.5 kg for trial. For trial purpose/ sampling requirements please get in touch with us, we will guide you accordingly.

It is readily available in the Transparent variant.
It is made up of soap of fatty acids, synthetic active agents along with solvents. All the ingredients used are free from any harmful effects.
K-10 is available in both transparent and opaque/Marble variants- easily accept pigments, micas and FD&C colours. In case you want to add oils like coconut oil, castor oil etc then dont put more than 1% and try with a small batch first.
