Our High Temperature Laboratory Ovens are designed and manufactured to suit various I.S. & A.S.T.M. standards application in the growing field of Medical, Agricultural, Industrial, Research laboratories & Hospitals. These high temperature laboratory ovens are available in following technical specifications and can also be customized as per the specifications, provided by them.
Features:
Hot Air Oven (Bottom Heater), are sturdy double walled units. Inner chamber made of S.S.and outer made of Mild Steel with Powder coating. Gap between the walls fitted with glass wool insulation to avoid heat loses. Heating elements are made of high grade chrome plated nicrome wire. Temp. is controlled by thermostat. 0 0 0 Temp. range 50C to 250C and Accuracy: +-2C. Air Ventilation is provided on the top of the unit to remove the hot gases / fumes. In Lab type oven heaters are placed in the bottom side of the unit. All the control switches & pilot lamps are fitted on the front panel. Trays should be supplied with G.I.wire mesh.
Body of Hot Plate (Rounded / Rectangular) is made of thick M.S./S.S. Top Plate over hangs by supporting of ceramic beeds which ensures air insulation between plate and base unit. Selection cast iron / S.S.Plate Maximum surface temperature 300C. Temp. Controlled by energy regulator. Long last nichrome Elements. Various sizes available To work on 230 Volts A.C. Only.
