Phirol SMB Sealer is a single component epoxy based adhesive specially developed for the body shop. It has good rheological property thus enabling wash off resistance. It can be readily pumped with an airless pump. It has excellent adhesion to automotive steels, including coated steels and pretreated aluminum. It is compatible with electrocoat paint process in the uncured state. It has good resistance to degradation and substrate corrosion on environmental aging.
Phirol Spot Weld Sealer is a single component spotweldable adhesive used in automotive industry as a sealer between metallic parts to be joined through electric spot welding. Due to its low electric resistivity, it allows an easy electro-welding. After curing, it works as anti-corrosive and noise dampening material.
