Free interchange between the atmosphere inside and outside the mouth of the glassware, completely satisfying the gas requirements for aerobic culture, is easily attained by slightly loosening the caps. Can withstand repeated autoclaving since the liner used in it is made of pure silicone rubber with PTFE facing.
