PPEC is specialized in solving the unique problems of the chemical process industires including Pharmaceuticals, Agricultural, Chemicals, Semiconductor and Pulp & Paper industries. Most of our technology is proprietary developed and refined during years of on the job performance using the most demanding applications. PPEC products are primarily Teflon PTFE/FEP/PFA AND TEFZEL* ETFE lined and designed to withstand the corrosive influences of virtually all corrosive fluids. PPEC lined components possess an outstanding combination chemical, thermal and frictional properties, coupled with mechanical durability. PPEC lined pipes, pipe fittings and valves are engineered for applications demanding the almost universal corrosion resistance and high temperature rating of Teflon plus the rigidity of steel. Pipe fittings and different type of lined valves are designed for use primarily with Glass Lined Steel Reactors and Process Vessels, where process conditions precludes the use of any other material.
