The unit removes dust from the granulate and also prevents forming of fluffs. This is achieved by implementing gravitational pull. Fluffs are usually seen forming when dealing with High Density poly urethane blow or injection waste.
This prevents from soiling of plant floors. Cleaning of this part can be done easily as there are no rotating parts that could lead to breakdown. The degree of separation can be adjusted by using the regulator.
