Our Products
(Nylon)is most versatile engineering thermoplastic processed into machinable extruded bars, profiles & moulded components. The mechanical components like gears wheels, sprockets, tires, bearing bushes, slipper pads, pulleys, rollers, and numerous others have replaced successfully steel, cast iron, and gunmetal. Due to low coefficient of friction against Ferrous & Non ferrous metals these components gives trouble free service with minimum maintenance. Nylon is resistant to all types of grease and organic solvents. The noise and shock is absorbed by Nylon, which make them ideal to modern concept of environmental demand under rising pollution. Nylon components are characterized to their high strength, heat resistance, toughness, fatigue strength and impact strength. This makes it most suitable material in load bearing capacity.

Polyethylene High Density (HDPE) is a thermoplastic polyolefin manufactured by the polymerization of ethylene. It is a highly crystalline, no polar thermoplastic. HDPE has an excellent chemical resistance to most household and industrial chemicals, thus HDPE pipes, pipes fittings, valves and tanks are used in storage and transportation of such chemicals. Polyethylene High Density (HDPE) does not absorb moisture and provide good water vapor barrier, which makes it most suitable for packaging applications. Polyethylene High Density (HDPE) has good electrical properties, especially its dielectric properties makes it well suited for wire & cable ducting applications. Polyethylene High Density (HDPE) has easy proccessability by a widely diverse group of fabrication process, viz. Injection Moulding, Blow Moulding Rotational Moulding, Compression Moulding, Extrusion, Welding & Machining. Etc.
