Decoring Machine is used in Aluminium and CI Foundry to remove Core ( sand) from the casings. Its the most economical way to decore by hammering and vibrating the casitngs by mean of Pneumatic Hammers, Guns and vibraters.The decored sand is collected in the lower part of the machine in trolley. We supply you a machine with low noise around 80 DB and low vibration.
Quenching tanks are industrial Tanks used in heat treatment or to rapidly cool hot metals in a liquid (like oil, water) to achieve specific properties like increased hardness, strength, and durability, preventing issues like warping; they often include agitation, filtration, and temperature control systems, and sometimes conveyors for automated loading and unloading of parts
