Pollucon is a well organized setup to cover up the entire continuum of environmental pollution control activities of Air, Water and Noise Pollution, under project management and technical services.

Our state of the art Design and Engineering facilities for basic and detailed design of plants and equipments enable Pollucon to fully exploit the technological progress continuously taking place in the India.

Pollucon provides a wide range of project and engineering / consultancy services to approx. all types of industries both on turnkey as well as customized basis with a view to cut down capital investment and operation costs and to overcome space constraints, the company offers packaged customized units. The savings in cost over conventional systems can be from 20 to 40% generally.

The well set up infrastructure of Pollucon is very well able to cope up with the growth rate includes Regd. Office and workshop a task force of over 25 strong personnel.

DESIGN AND ENGINEERING:

The team of Pollucon Engineering Services under project Division is well equipped with latest technologies for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Process Engineering. The project team consisting of talented Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental, Materials, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineers are accurately reinforced with the Process wing governed by Microbiologists, Ecologists, Chemists and Process Scientists.

MANUFACTURING:

Pollucon has a well developed and effective vender network, which caters to the requirements of its entire range of products. Micro level of inspection at each stage of production from raw materials, through all steps of manufacture and assembly to ensure quality production. All products are manufactured as per relevant India and International Standards. Further the dispatch of all materials / equipment are closely monitored and controlled from the inspection stage up to receipt at destination.

AUGMENTATION & UPGRADATION:

Pollucon has a team of experts to Study Pollution / Effluent Disposal problems and to recommend remedial plans and strategies for increasing efficiency and productivity. The scope of activities includes;
 Providing Basic Engineering .
 Drawing up specifications for equipment required for renovation and balancing.

 Design and supply of equipment.
 Preparation of implementation plan based on the delivery schedule.

 Installation, start up & commissioning.
In addition Pollucon also undertakes Water Management Services which include Feasibility / Treatability studies and recycling system studies.
