PCP I00 IOIL h light brown/yellowish coloured polycaboxylic ether based new generation hyper plasticier confirming to EN specification, developed for specitic application in high performance concrete. The hyper dispersion effect products by PCP EASE 101L. Exhibits better durability and performance in concrete. PCP EASE 101L is compatible with all portland cement and pozzolonic materials confirming to international standards. Advantages Increases early and ultimate compressive strength. Make higher E modules. Imparts better resistance to carbonation and aggressive atmospheric effects. Reducces permeability. Reducces shrinkage and creep. Increases durability of concrete. Places concrete with zero vibration -reduces labour cost. Primary appliction areas Rheodynamic concrete self consolidated concrete OPC-Pozzolana concrete High volume fly ash concrete Dosages / Uses PCP EASE 101L in the range of 0.3 to 1%  by weight of cement. The dosage can be enhanced to further 3% as per requirements, but it is advisable to go for trial mix to determine the optimum dosage. The Requisite of CIS LPC-111 Should be added after addtion of minimum 50 tom 70% of gauging water before mising with wet cement aggregate system. Safety PCP EASE 101L is non toxic, non flammable and non hazardous, However, any splash on the human bosy should be washed out immediately with plenty of waters.

PCP EASE 102M is a polycarboxylate ether based suerplasticiser and a new type-range water-reducing admixture for concrete grades from M20 to M60. PCP EASE 102M is designed to provide good workability without aegregation confirming to ASTM C-494 Type G, C-1017 and IS 9103:2003. Advantages PCP  EASE 102M Can be used with all types of portland cement and other mixed  cement including fly ash, Ground granulated blast-Furnace Slag, Silica Fume and So on. PCP  EASE 102M has higher water reducing ability, and the water reducing rate can be easily controlled by changing the dosages. PCP  EASE 102M provides good slump good ability. PCP EASE  102M provides a suitable viscoity for concrete, and eliminate excessive bleeding and segregation.
