It is one of the most cost effective cushion packaging material. It is white color and made from expanded polystyrene. This material can be moulded or fabricated as per the size and shape required for any sensitive product. It is available from 10 to 30 GPL density. In this packing material the boxes, buffers, trays, cut sheets, profile packaging are very popular in all the industries. The fabricated Thermocole is a very unique concept of making the three dimensional cavity cuttings with No quantity constraint and No investment in an expensive dies and moulds.
This film is being used, while wrapping the packing boxes or containers. It gives the 100 % waterproof enclose. The size is available From 100 mm to 1000 mm width. The different thickness are also available.
Polyethylene foam is available in the form of extruded form of sheets and rolls from 1 mm to 100 mm. The density of PE Foam is available from 12 to 32 GPL. Its 100 % waterproof and has extra ordinary cushion properties. The three dimensional cavity and punching is possible on this PE Foam.
