POLYMAC Motorised Decoiler is a necessity for convenient filter paper feed specifically with the jumbo size reels into Pleating Machine etc. Our standard Motorised Decoiler comes with a brake and lateral web alignment arrangement along with a composite stand for holding filter paper reels upto 1, 200 mm. the width is dependent on the working width of the other equipment. The Polymac In-Line Slitter trims the edges of the filter paper reels to the extent as required and the intermediate perforated the paper. Thus after it is pleated, it can be conveniently broken along the perforation to the required filter size. This enable optimum capacity usage particularly of the POLYMAC Blade Type Pleater. These are available in five models to suit the standard Polymac PMBP Pleating Machine range. The Machines are designed for 300mm, 600mm, 1000mm, 15000mm and 2000mm effective working width so that they can work in conjuction with the Polymac Blade Type Accordian Peating Machine. In-line slitter can be supplied as an integrated unit on a common frame for perfect working alignment.
