Pneumatic Press

We offer Pneumatic Press, which is used for sample preparation of specimen for various tests. These are mainly used to prepare specimens by punching the die perfectly with a uniform force of controlled pneumatic pressure. Pneumatic Press is very useful for preparation of test specimens of material like elastomers, rubber, and polymer. Heavy version of Pneumatic Press is also available for hard plastics and is available in the dimension of 460 L x 510 W x 520 H.

Specifications:

The press is constructed using mild steel and powder coating
The unique sliding acrylic guard with electric system allows the operator to work only in guarded (safety) position and ensure safety of operator
Adjustable flow controller valve controls the stroke speed of cylinder as required for the material being cut to assure uniform application of force
The test piece will now be free from technicians skills
