ESSRBOND MS 25 is a one component, Low Modulus, high performance sealant based on advance MS Polymer Technology. It has excellent adhesion over a wide variety of substrates and is paintable with most common industrial paints. This sealant has been specifically formulated as a non staining sealant and for application to difficult substrates associated with modern facade construction.
ESSRBOND PP 110 is a one component low viscosity primer for porous surfaces to be used with ESSRBOND PG 101 and ESSRBOND GG 105.

A recommended replacement for Loctite 2440, it has the property to tolerates minor surface contamination from various oils, such as cutting, lubrication, anti-corrosion and protection fluids.

ESSRBOND WPK 55 is a single component, solvent-free, high-build, liquid-applied waterproofing coating based on MS polymer technology that is designed to coat and protect roof and terrace of buildings. It cures as a result of a reaction with atmospheric moisture to form a tough, monolithic waterproof membrane.It is well suited for enclosed wet areas like bathroom as well as complex structures such as flashings, roof skylights, etc., which would normally require elaborate workmanship.
ESSRBOND PG 101 is a high performance, self leveling, chemical resistant, Polysulphide polymer based joint system. It is resistant to many chemicals, shrinkage, aging, thermal stress and the effects of outdoor exposure. It is highly resilient and has excellent recovery characteristic after extended period of compression or elongation.
