SAILENT FEATURES OF POWERCON MAKE FRP FAN

1. The fan blade made from glass reinforced plastic with quality grade epoxy resin to resist even the most
corrosive air system.
2. Air foil blades virtually eliminate motor over-loading due to aerodynamic design.
3. Fan achieves a low noise level due to aerofoil profile of the blades. Use of non-resonant material and a
highly polished surface guarantee in quite operation.
4. Axial flow FRP fans are tough and resilient. However, If damage in any way, individual blade with
matching blade pair can be replaced instead of discarding with complete assembly.
5. Fan blades are designed for long trouble free service. Blades components are precision die-casting and
undergo a strict quality control to ensure absolute uniformity and accuracy.
6. Lower H. P. motor can be used after installation of our FRP Fan.
7. The thrust load due to dead weight of FRP Fan, which is less than that of aluminium blade fan, get
considerably reduced and thereby increases the life of Gear Box bearings.
