Activities related to onsite inspection : Our major site activity in this field will be as mentioned below : On-site commissioning of transformer with all components like Bushing, Marshalling box, OLTC, Oil Conservator, Radiator etc. including On-site commissioning test of transformer like Megger, Resistance, Magnetic Balance, Excitation Current measurement at 10 kV, Leakage reactance , SFRA, Capacitance and tandelta, Dissolved Gas Analysis, Furanic Compounds in Oil, Degree of Polymerization. Annual Maintenance Contract of Transformers̢۪ up to 100MVA, 220KV class including other substation equipment like CTs, PTs, LA and Circuit breaker. Oil processing by oil filteration with high Vaccum filter machin , On-site drying and Complete Overhauling of Transformer. Complete fault diagnostics of transformer on site by special test of transformer including Megger, Resistance, Magnetic Balance, Excitation Current measurement at 10 kV, Leakage reactance , SFRA, Capacitance, Partial discharge measurement Dissolved Gas Analysis, Furanic Compounds in Oil, Degree of Polymerization. Also, Repair work if possible to conduct at site or in factory. Provide spares for all make of Transformers with company prescribed specifications at competitive prices. Providing temporary arrangement of Transformers so as to reduce the production losses up to a certain extent while the maintenance process is completed up to capacity of 10 MVA. Retrofitting at site.
