GENERAL DESCRIPTIONDock Shelter; by establishing a shelter between the loading area and transportation vehicle it provides easiness during loading/unloading.
SPECIFICATIONS OF THE DOCK SHELTER
- Dock shelters must be produced as foldable shape in case of hitting of the Loading/Unloading vehicle.
- There must be rain chamfer on canvases to prevent rain accumulation.
- Canvases are normally in black colour but they should be produced in different colours in case of demands.
- There must be hygienic, polyester, PVC curtain on the front side.
- Tear strength of PVC curtains must be 2188 N, fracture strength must be 250 N/mm.
- PVC curtains must be weatherproof and abrasion resistant and must be anti-static and stainless.
- PVC curtains on the side surface must be 70 cm and PVC curtains on the top must be 100 cm.
- 3400x3500x700 dimensions are standard for Dock Shelter and they must be produced changing up to 4200x4500x1000 dimensions.
- Outer surface of the Dock Shelter must be produced by aluminum profiles and internal construction must be produced by steel profiles.
- 3mm thick galvanized steel bushes must be used at the adjacent corner joints.
- All metal components used must be galvanized against corrosion.
- There must be white phosphorus signs on the front surface in order to enable the vehicles approaching at nights.
