The YT LI paper cup/glass forming machine is fully automatic machine with photo sensor detection, failure alarm and counting function. It is suitable for making one-side PE film coated paper cups/glasses. The activities involved are blank feeding, sealing, silicon-oil lubricating, bottom punching, heating, knurling, curling and cup discharging. The machine is ideally suitable for the manufacturing of cups for tea, coffee, milk, ice cream etc.

Each Egg is subjected to Bacteriological tests and ratified to be free from Salmonella Infection, making it fit for Human consumption, free from Bird Flu and satisfying the bench marks of The Department of Animal Husbandry of the Government of Andhra Pradesh, India.Thus avoiding every possible risk of contamination in the farms-as a part of filtration from Castle diseases and Pullorum disease.

Packing
The Eggs are chosen and packed in an exemplary manner under unique grading and packing process, avoiding the risk of cross contamination and therefore removing the damaged eggs.
Every Egg is placed on chemically treated pulp tray and packed in strong five ply multiple color printed cartons. Every carton is well labeled with brand name and specification and every egg is printed it's core details such as production date, expiry date, and brand name including the country name where it has originated from, giving full details, thus avoiding doubts for individual consumption marked with food graded Ink- red in color approved by the FDA.
Glucose, Cream, Salted, Marie biscuits and cookies exported by us are manufactured from finest quality wheat and other ingredients. Our products maintain a fine balance between the taste and health of the consumers. They are so filling that, you can substitute them for breakfast, lunch or dinner or you could just enjoy them like a snack or dunk them in tea and eat.

Packing:
Our products come in 40g, 50g, 70g, 100g and 200g packaging. The number of biscuits in each pack depends on the variety (Glucose, salted, cream etc) and the type of packaging.
Packing of the products is done in a hygienic, germ free environment. The Biscuits are wrapped in FDA approved BOPP wrappers (single packing) and sealed carefully to avoid contamination. The cover of each packet is labeled with brand name and product specifications. All the packets carry production date, expiry date , brand name, ingredients used and country of origin on the back cover. We specialize in supplying both standardized as well as customized packing according to the specifications of the importer.
Shipping:
The biscuit packets are placed in appropriate sized cartons and shipped in 40 feet containers. The no of cartons in each container varies with the packaging and variety of biscuits. Containers are well sealed to avoid damage or pilferage of goods. Typically a consignment takes 4 to 6 weeks to reach the importers port after receipt of a confirmed order.
