The candies may be stamped or moulded with or without centre filling.The machine uses all commercial packaging materials, outer wrapper such as waxed paper, cellophane, P.V.C., B.O.P.P., H.M. and H.D.P.E. and inner wrapper such as waxed paper, P.V.C., B.O.P.P., Foil. We recommend packing materials between 18 to 22 micron to get the best results from our machine.The sugar boiled sweets are charged into the S.S. hopper from where it is released on to the rotary format by an automatically controlled vibrator. The paper flows from the paper feed station, cut to appropriate length and the sweet is lifted along with wrapper into the twisting torrent. The sweets are held in position by the rubber gripper and the twisting operation performed mechanically by the twisting fingers and released.
