An exciting range of Moulded Panel Doors are manufactured by us under the brand nameSANKALPimported HDF door skin from the house ofMASONITE INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION(Malaysia) andTEVERPAN(Turkey) are used in making these doors.
Our SANKALP Moulded Panel Doors are available in wide range of designs i.e. 2 Panel Horizone, 2 Panel Caspian, 4 Panel Oceanic, 4 Panel Meditteranean, 6 Panel, Odessa, Milano & Lima.
These Doors are manufacture by using hot press process bonded with phenol formaldehyde(PF) synthetic resin.
Generally particle boards are use as core material (filter) but optional core materials are also available like Timber Core, Tubular board, Honey Comb Paper core.
These doors are delivered pre-primed hence no sanding lapi / putti us required. Only clean with cloth before applying color.

Finishing Instructions :

• Doors are delivered pre-primed (White).
• No Sanding / Lapi / putti is required.
• Clean the surface gently by wet cloth. After drying apply 2-3 coats of desired color.
• Avoid damage to surface & corners, handle the doors with care.

We offer our veneered skin doors of this range in variety of designs and shades. These skin doors are known for features like high durability and resistance to stain and scratches.

Veneer Moulded Panel Doors are like Moulded Panel Doors but the surface of the door skin is pre-laminated by natural veneer. These doors are the best alternative to traditional solid Wooden Panel Doors.

Surface Veneer Option : Teak, Sapele, Walnut, Wenge Oak, Ash.
Designs Available : 2 Panel, 4 Panel, 6 Panel and 3 Panel Mirror.
