We have developed a Copper & Aluminum Wire Enamelling Plant for 20 to 44 swg with drawing, inline Enamelling & automatic changeover for high speed application.
Wire Drawing Part :
Our enameling machines equipped with inline wire drawing system. Front ring type drawing system can be fitted with different elongation (from 15% to 25%) and different number of passes (from 11 to 25) according to the machine model.
Electric & Process Control System :
Electrical Panel equipped with Schneider drive and PLC with user friendly HMI Screen.
| Timing Belts :We use Timing Belts for precision accurancy and long life in drawing and spooling section. |
