Filtering ghee without a machine at a dairy can be done using a few simple steps. First, you can use a clean, fine-mesh cloth such as these HDPE cloth to strain the ghee. Place the cloth over a large, clean container and pour the melted ghee through the cloth. This will help to catch any residues and impurities, leaving you with a clear ghee. You can also repeat the straining process if necessary to ensure that no residues are left at the bottom. Remember to use clean and sanitized equipment to maintain the quality and hygiene of the ghee.
