Prayosha Ind Tech has designed its ceramic band heaters to meet the demands for all type of plastic processing machinery. These heaters are capable of very efficient heat transfer by radiation, conduction and convention. Built-in insulation minimizes unwanted temperature changes along the barrel.

Prayosha Ceramic Band Jackated Heaters have ceramic band heater with 15mm or 25mm thick Ceramic fibre insulation blanket. These heaters are designed for higher operating temperatures with maximum energy conservation. Heaters with various terminal options are also available.

Prayosha's Mica Band heaters are available with or without outer heat saving insulation covers. We make these heaters in S.S, Brass, MS, materials depending upon applications and requirement of actual users. Specially selected mica or micanite sheets and A specific gauge nickel-chrome resistance ribbon wire is used.

Prayosha's High Density Cartridge Heaters are design for longer life through superior manufacturing process. Heating coil is wound around a ceramic core and isolated from the outer sheath through high purity MgO for high degree of thermal conduction.

These heaters are swaged and compacted to these diameters and fitted into special clamps to tighten over circular parts for heating purpose. Micro Tubular Coil Heater?s Hermetically sealed construction prevents moisture from entering the better results for long life.

Manifold Tubular Heaters are custom formed in a wide range of shapes as per customer requirements. Incoloy or stainless steel sheaths are used as outer material. High purity MgO ensures superior heat transfer.
